I chose it mainly because it was all on one level, my husband has artificial legs. The beds were comfortable and it was great to have two full bathrooms. We enjoyed walking the neighborhood, we especially liked the donut shope and the organic fruit stand. The only draw back for us was the parking, we had a minivan rental which scraped getting in and out of the very steep driveway. There is street parking also so we did utilize this. The only other mention is for you to know that to get to the beach it is quite a hike down. We ended up driving down to moonlight beach for better accessability for my husband. ##### Tammy A.
