We never used the second bedroom so kept the door closed. The kitchen was equipped with pots/pans, plenty of dishes, utensils, gas stove, fridge. There is no garbage disposal so you need to dispose of food in trash. There is a BBQ on back patio, washer/dryer in laundry room. 307 Pub n Grub across the street served a great breakfast.
