Amazing hotel. We had a wonderful stay. The hotel was very clean, relaxing, the staff was wonderful and kind, and the facilities were fantastic! The hotel has probably the best view of all of Santorini, and it was incredibly tranquil. The food available for breakfast every day was delightful and the restaurant was a wonderful choice for dinner as well! We are definitely returning in the future and we really couldn’t be happier with our stay here. What an amazing hotel!

The property offers incredible amenities. It has a spectacular view. It's like stepping into a 5 star magazine layout except it's real life. The biggest plus was the quality of their staff; their care to attention and details go above and beyond. My husband has mobility issues and there was always a staff member to provide assistance. The food is extraordinary - the price range was not overly expensive given what was prepared and the quantity served. The breakfast buffet offered a wide range of options. They were able to cater to our food sensitivity - gluten and dairy issues.

Amazing Views
We had a great experience staying at the Volcano View Hotel. The views are amazing. Very comfortable room and great service. Highly recommended. The only drawback is that is that it takes 30 minutes to walk to Fira town, but there is also hotel provided shuttle service.

Staff showed genuine courtesy and friendliness. Room and view were outstanding! Restaurant served a wonderful breakfast spread along with lunches and dinners. There can be a lot of steps to access your room but that’s the price you pay for such a great view!

We stayed here for a week and greatly enjoyed it. The staff went above and beyond to meet our needs, always with a big smile and positive attitude. The hotel has a fabulous view from any angle. Housekeeping was prompt and thorough, and even included freshening up the room and replacing the towels in the evening. The room (junior suite) was spacious, comfortable, very quiet; the bathroom is similarly spacious with plenty of counter space and a large shower. The only thing I missed was a wall mirror. The restaurant has a nice menu, with creative dishes. Across the street there is a mini market, and in short walking distance there is a pharmacy, a Lidl, and a bakery. Relaxing on a chaise by the pool, overlooking the Caldera, and watching the boats and cruise ships go by: priceless! The hotel is located ~2.5 km from Thira, and the hotel shuttle does come in handy. A taxi ride to/from Thira center is €15. Santo winery is in walking distance, and has nice wines and great views. The breakfast buffet was variegated, but there is place for improvement with regards to the eggs offerings as the scramble & omelettes were made with egg substitute rather than real eggs. The laundry services were prompt and reasonably priced. All in all, we had a great stay and felt well taken care of.

The most amazing hotel in Santorini
Where do i start, firstly the staff couldn't be more accommodating with anything you could possibly want. The Breakfast was ou of this world, a great way to start off in the morning, anything you could want for breakfast, you could have. If you go to Santorini for the breathtaking views of the Caldera and the Sunset then this is the place you need to stay. The hotel put on a shuttle bus into Thira everyday, they are every few hours but they drop you off and pick you up at the same point free of charge. They also arranged a free airport transfer in a private car for the day we left. The pool is a must have when you are staying in Santorini. The sun gets quite intense late afternoon and the pool made it bearable. There is a mini market located directly opposite the hotel which is great. The rooms are lovely and modern, even though they are built into the cave, they have hairdryer and all the toiletries you can imagine which they stock up daily. We struck gold with this hotel and would highly recommend. I wouldn't stay anywhere else if i go back to Santorini.

Very nice view? Good was excellent. Room too small, our 2 suite cases were in the ground. Bed was really comfortable. Our room was next to the pool. No parking on site for our rental but you can park across the street. The sunsets were amazing. Staff very nice and helpful. We’ll come back for sure. .

We stayed for 5 nights. The room was lovely and the view and sunset were very nice. It is very far fetched to say that this property is in Fira. It is at least 45 minutes walk away from Fira. There is a shuttle bus from the hotel but it only runs every 3 hours. The bus driver is a nasty piece of work! He drives off in seconds and does not wait or even look around to see if anyone else would like to board. We were on the bus and someone came and asked him if it was the bus to Fira. He went inside to get the rest of his party and the driver drove off as fast as he could so they could not get on the bus. There is one particularly sleezy breakfast waiter who spends most of his time trying to sell private tours for 250 Euros cash instead of getting cups of coffee and clearing tables. In summary. Nice place but a poor location, nasty shuttle bus driver and a scum ball waiter/salesman let the place down badly.

The stuff are very friendly nice. Professional and helpful to name a few Anthony, niko, costa all in the waiter and waitress in breakfast area. All the people at the reception. Spa employee the people who cleans the room pretty much every employee definitely we will be back recommend it to others.

This hotel has the most breathtaking view of the caldera. We were very lucky to be able to switch to a room with direct view of the caldera after requesting it at the front desk. Breakfast was great with an amazing view. Staff was extremely helpful especially Nico who helped us with the luggage. I’d definitely recommend this hotel.

Magnificent views from the top of a cliff. Rooms are built into the side of a cliff. No two rooms are alike. Staff is very friendly and accommodating. Multiple pool areas. If you have trouble with stairs, this will be a problem depending on level. There are no elevators or ramps, which is typical of Santorini.
