« Au premier abord, l'hotel a l'air d'un 4 étoiles mais une fois arrivé dans la chambre... du mobilier vetuste nottament la salle de bain, une decoration vieillotte... c'est decevant ! Une difference de prestation pour le meme prix vis a vis de nos amis ! Etant des habitués des hotels aux Pays Bas... cela ne vaut absolument pas 100euros la nuit ! »

"Silverfish in the bathroom, it wasn't the cleanest - shabby carpeting and dirt marks around one of the wall paintings. While it was nice to have a large room and balcony, with no kitchen utensils (you have to ask front desk for them) and "green" housekeeping (i.e. they don't want to pay for housekeepers or for new toilet rolls/soap refills) I don't think it justifies the price. Outside soundproofing is good but inside not good. Kept awake by yelling children and thudding from above. The staff were lovely and breakfast was good, I think the hotel chain could do better though."
