We are close (across the street) from the Jacks Fork River, around the corner from downtown Eminence and the Cross Country Trail ride trails are just down the street. There are many trails for ATV rides as well in the area. This cozy one bedroom, one bath home is a home away from home. There is also a hide away queen gel foam mattress that can be used for additional sleeping in the living room. The home can comfortably sleep four. Relax on the side patio on the porch swing, gliding chairs, picnic table or around the fire pit at night. There are two TVs in the home. One in the living room and one in the bedroom. Wireless internet is provided and you can stream your favorite TV apps. In the kitchen there is a toaster, air fryer, waffle maker, Keurig and regular coffee pot maker in addition to all other cooking supplies. There is an outdoor charcoal grill. The property has a flat gravel pull through drive way with very easy parking. There are local kayak and canoe rental companies in town that will pick you up and drop you off at our front door, for your day of floating on the river. For a one bedroom one bathroom apartment everything was very spacious and accommodating. We especially picked this because of the king size bed. We were not able to utilize some of the outdoor space, but I imagine it would be really nice to do so. We did however enjoy the wonderful gliders /on the front porch. The owner did a great job on the decor and the furniture is very comfortable. I am 5 foot eight and the bed was a little high to get into but they have also thought ahead and provided the step stool for people that need those. ##### Sharon N. This is the best rental we have ever had. Home is beautifully decorated. Listing is accurate. Location can not be beat. We could ride our sxs to any trail from our front door. Floating right around the corner. Attention to detail was spot on. From the plush towels to the bbq lighter I forgot to bring, they have it all.
