There is one window AC in the center with not enough draft to get the front bedroom below 80 at night. Location is great just off the center of town. Arriving after dark had us driving around for 15 minutes and using flashlights to confirm the correct unit as the unit looks nothing like the photo from 6 years ago and the porch was covered in leaves and such. Please note that there is no internet or satellite. There is very little signal. But if you intend to be off the grid, this is great.
