This unique property features 2 cozy bedrooms (once horse stalls!) with queen beds, a loft with 4 twin beds (that can be pushed together to make Kings) and a couch that turns into a queen bed when the ottoman is put in place. There are also 2 bathrooms with walk-in showers & hand-crafted whiskey barrel sinks. Enjoy dinners on the large wrap-around porch while you listen to the creek that borders the property, then cook s'mores in the firepit or play horse-shoes in the back yard! This barn includes everything you need to enjoy time with your loved ones - a fully stocked kitchen, a washer/dryer, wifi and TV's/ books/ games. Conveniently located on Hwy 19 just inside of Eminence city limits but feels like you're out in the country, as the property is 5.5 acres, with only our other property (Rocky Bottom Ranch) to the south. Rocky Bottom Ranch can also be rented in tandem with the Barn for larger gatherings when available (message for details). Everything worked out perfect. We loved the patio in the evenings! The kids thought it was so cool that they left us a campfire gift basket with stuff to make s'mores and kids wine as they call it! This cabin has it all! We used the big ice maker every day to ice our coolers. All the pots and pans were very nice. And we used the blackstone also one night. I'd say our only small compliments would be the beds could be more comfortable (but no bed feels like home) and the air had a hard time keeping up. But it has been supper hot!
