Built on a small outcrop ridge that gives full views of Paradise Valley, Mt from every angle. The house was designed to take full advantage of the views and the sun as it moves across the sky. In summer,, the sun will not go through the windows to over heat or provide too much light or radiant heat. In winter, when the sun sits just on the horizon, it provides much needed additional warmth on cold Montana days. The home is located 25 minutes from Yellowstone NP. , 10 minutes from Emigrant and the Old Saloon. 12 minutes to Chico Hot Springs, 11 minutes to The New Sage Hotel, 25 minutes from Livingston, One hour from Bozeman, and only 10 minutes from the closest public fishing access to the Yellowstone River and no more that 15 minutes to any of the numerous public access fishing locations on the Yellowstone River. The Yellowstone River to the south, Emigrant Peak and the Absoroka-Beartooth Range to the east and the north view is up the Valley,,(see photographs) Giant windows and doors open you up the the grandeur of Paradise Valley. Both bedrooms have south facing door and picture windows that encompass the southern half of the valley with the Yellowstone River winding through it. Sitting on the circular couch or on the furniture outside, you will have full unobstructed views of the Paradise Valley, north, south and east. Decks encompass most of the perimeter of the home so that you can get the full feel of the term of Big Sky Country. Sunsets are spectacular, with Emigrant Peak, overwhelming the landscape out of the front door. At night, the sky is full of stars.. like the saying goes, pinholes in the floor of heaven, simply stunning to see the volume of stars on a clear night.,,stunning!! This place was an absolute joy to stay in. It was the perfect size for my husband and I, along with my 18 and 13 year-old sons. We loved the panoramic view of the beautiful mountains and the peaceful area. It was always so nice to drive back “home” after being out and about venturing Yellowstone. Sitting out on the deck during sunrise and watching the deer wandering nearby was my own personal favorite. We are already discussing another trip to the area and will definitely stay here again. Had we known how much we would love this property we would have definitely stayed longer! The house was clean and comfortable. We spent much of our time outside enjoying the amazing views! There were four of us staying in this beautiful home in Emigrant. My husband and I and another couple stayed for three days of fly fishing. The home was perfect! Two king beds, two full bathrooms, a kitchen stocked just right for four of us. And the views are amazing. Beautiful - beautiful. We fished the Yellowstone River. Our guides were from Anglers West in Emigrant. What a beautiful Paradise Valley and a perfect home to stay after days fishing! ##### richard T. This stay worked well for the start, in between Bozeman and North Entrance - 35 minutes to North Entrance. House was clean and as advertised. Scattered homes in area, was very quiet. Watched the owner, I guess, building on it, putting in the sliding glass doors) and thought that looks fantastic. Wonder if it will be rented? When I was looking, saw a picture and thought that looks familiar, it was to be rented. Yippee, so I rented it for our stay. We loved it. Just wasn't any wildlife around this time. ##### Theresa B. Property is perfect for 2 couples. 360 degree views. Perfect for those that want a break from the fast pace back home. Spent hours on the porch looking out at the mountains and Yellowstone River listening to the birds. General store has almost everything you need is just down the road. Grocery store in Livingston is 30 minutes away. Yellowstone north entrace is 1 hour drive. Great shopping in Bozeman. Things can be a bit of a drive from this property but the scenery makes it worth it. Kim is a great host. ##### heather p.
