Queens Court 1208 is a 2 Bedroom, 2 Bath Second Floor Angled Oceanfront Condo with a private balcony. Living Area has a Smart TV with access to streaming apps and access to the outdoor balcony! Dining Area has seating for four. The Fully Equipped Kitchen/bar Area has a microwave, stove, refrigerator, coffee maker, Keurig coffee maker. Master Bedroom #1 has a King Bed, Flat Screen Smart TV with access to streaming apps and a Private Full Bath. Bedroom #2 has a Double Bed. A Full Bath is located in the hall. Additional Amenities: 2 Flat Panel Smart TVs, Wireless Internet, and Washer/Dryer. Queens Court is an Oceanfront Condominium Complex within walking distance, not only to the ocean but to the water slide, miniature golf, restaurants, shopping, go-carts, arcades & more! New Sport Court for tennis, badminton, pickleball, basketball, cornhole & putting green (facility only – equipment is not provided), outdoor swimming pool (pool typically open May 15 - October 15 9am - 9pm), Grilling Area, Oceanfront Gazebo with seating, Private Beach Access Walkway, and Outside Showers. Please Note: Fire pit and clubhouse are for owner use only. PARKING INFORMATION: ● Each reservation will receive 2 Gate Cards and 2 Parking Passes. ● Golf Carts and boat/trailer parking are Not Permitted on Queens Court Grounds. Linens and Towels provided with Beds made for Weekly stays. No Smoking. No Pets. Rents Weekly only Saturday - Saturday. Please Note: (1) Guests must pay in full when booking through VRBO. The card provided at the time of booking will be charged for the total.
