Take a stroll along the oceanside boardwalk, gaze at the waves & watch dolphins from the shaded oceanfront gazebo. Take a dip in one of the 3 crystal clear pools on the well-kept, landscaped grounds. Listed to the ocean waves from the outdoor pool with kiddie pool nestled up against the sand dunes. Enjoy the courtyard outdoor pool and the beautiful, year-round heated indoor pool, directly in front of the condo and steps from your front door. The fitness center is located in the indoor pool building as well. Several oceanside grilling areas are scattered throughout the spacious grounds. The tennis courts are open for some fun and lit up after dark. If you're looking for the perfect location on Emerald Isle, Pebble Beach is it! The Emerald Isle Bike Path is located right at the entrance to the community for a quick bike ride to town or a few minute walk to restaurants, the ice cream and candy shop, water park, grocery stores, and mini-golf! We have included two adult bicycles for your use! This newly renovated top to bottom, 2 bedroom 2 bath, second floor condo has an open floor plan and many updates! The main bedroom has vaulted ceilings, a queen bed and a twin daybed. A spiral staircase leads you up to the second bedroom loft with vaulted ceilings, a king bed, a full bed and a full attached bath. See the stars at night through the skylight in this bedroom! The family room has vaulted ceilings, a variety of games for family fun, books for beach reading and double slider doors to your large private balcony. Relax on the balcony with your morning coffee and views of the beautiful pool and serene courtyard. The fully equipped, updated kitchen has granite countertops, peninsula seating, a Keurig coffee maker with K-cups and every gadget you could need for enjoying a great meal! The host was extremely responsive and checki-n was easy. An indoor and outdoor pool is right outside the house and the beach is an easy walk (2-3 minutes). The boardwalk area by the beach is thoughtfully designed by the community as it has sand toys for guests to use and bring back and restrooms right there to use if needed at beach. Our only concern was the spiral staircase and having a curious 2.5 year old. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay in this clean and very welcoming home. Owners provide beach chairs, a beach cart, 2 bikes etc which is nice so you do not need to carry. They also provide towels. We were 5-7 minutes from every place we went. The indoor pool and beach access were so convenient and the condo itself was beautiful! This condo was just what we were looking for for a fun girls weekend away! There was enough space for 4 adults and enough separate beds that while we shared the bedroom and the loft space, we didn't need to share beds (note the loft has skylights so if you need darkness to sleep in bring an eye mask). The beds were very comfy! The beach is close and the provided wagon and chairs allowed us to bring what we needed without having to carry it all---don't miss the pier that's about 2 miles away (you can drive there and pay to park or just walk along the beach), we saw dolphins both times we went. The location is great with a grocery store very close by and lots of great dining options. We did a mix of light cooking and dining out and particularly loved Swansboro for the restaurants (By the Bridge Cafe, Boro) and the shopping (Cameo Boutique). The only disappointment was the outdoor pools weren't open yet for the season but we did use the indoor pool which was nice and warm. ##### Salwa J. This was our first time in Emerald Isle and Angela made everything extremely convenient by providing an online guest book listing where everything is located on the condo, providing linens, bath towels, beach towels, chairs, boogie boards, beach wagon, and enough essentials to last us through our short stay! ##### Melissa H. We decided to extend our trip by a day and she was incredibly accommodating. The property was clean and just a short walk to the beach. Emerald Isle is a second home to our family. We have been coming to the island for over 30 years. The condo was cute and had everything we needed for meals and family fun.
