Our cozy 3 bed, 2.5 bathroom duplex has undergone a complete renovation. Brand new chefs kitchen equipped with: white shaker cabinets, quartz counter-tops, updated hardware, pot-filler over the stove, all new stainless steel appliances, new cookware, plenty of drawers and other cabinet space. Enjoy cooking and preparing meals while enjoying the alluring ocean view. Adjacent to the kitchen is a lovely open walk-in pantry with plenty of storage, coffee station, microwave, toaster oven, and nugget ice machine!! We enjoy cooking and preparing meals, we've ensured the kitchen is equipped for many of your kitchen needs. The surrounding foliage and location near the end of the road provides an exclusive feel. Maximizing the views from the living area with this reverse floor plan, the third floor has a spacious, open concept layout. Windows, windows, windows! BEAUTIFUL floor to ceiling windows are sure to impress with spectacular views from our elevated lot...these views are some of the best around for second row living! You can see the waves crash dolphins frolicking, and everything else to the horizon. You will find plenty of seating at our large dining table. There is space for all to be together whether it be eating, playing games, or catching up. Our cozy living room is furnished with brand new furniture, large TV to enjoy, plenty of games and puzzles, and the best view in the house! Included here are alluring ocean views as you relax after a day playing on the beautiful beaches of the Crystal Coast. Beach access is across the street! The third floor also has a small seating area next to the stairs and a half bathroom. A custom staircase leads down to the second floor where the bedrooms are found. This level has special, extra insulation in the ceilings to help muffle the sounds of a reverse floor-plan beach house. The primary bedroom with en-suite has all new furniture and a comfortable king sized Helix hybrid mattress. Enjoy soothing decor as you relax from your busy day at the beach or exploring. This bedroom has private access to the second floor deck. Make sure to wind down in the en-suite spa-like shower with separate shower heads so two people can use it at the same time! It also has a rain shower head and jets to get those sore muscles. The second bedroom has a brand new king sized Layla memory foam mattress with new frame and bedding. Relax in this comfortable, well appointed room with all of your needs met and private access to the second floor deck. Across the hall you will find a bunk room with a comfortable twin over queen (Casper memory foam) bunk-bed and a twin trundle (memory foam). The space between the queen and twin is extra high to give the lower bunk extra space for sitting. The closet holds a roll-away twin for extra sleeping. All TVs are ready to stream your favorites with our high speed internet. Next to this bedroom is a brand new bathroom with an extra deep tub/shower combo. New vanity, mirrors, and lights adorn this update bathroom. Enjoy the feeling of fresh, high quality sheets and extra thick towels included in your stay. Dish, hand, shower soap, and shampoo|conditioner are provided for your convenience. On the first floor you will find access to the garage, a laundry closet, and the main entrance (via smart-lock) with foyer and basket for shoes. Outside around the side of the house is an outdoor shower to help rinse off the sand and salt from the day. Come as you are and enjoy our 2nd row beach cottage by the sea. Our home is located in the heart of Emerald Isle. With a short walk|bike ride, you may experience various places such as: restaurants|ice cream|donuts|a park|seafood|coffee shop|shopping|convenience store|pizza|the pier|& more! Your trip will not disappoint!! Bring your favorite beach activities & food while we provide the rest at our cottage! Please be mindful and respectful of our no-smoking and no-pet policy. Enjoy the separate, private driveway in this East side unit. Avoid the street and arrange your cars for parking on the concrete as you see fit. Local beach access is conveniently located across the street. Ocean Drive also ends with a cul-de-sac across the street which reduces traffic and sounds. Golf cart and bike rentals are located nearby. The home was in a perfect location and the main living area views of ocean was wonderful in spite of the recently built larger home oceanfront. We endured rain all but one day but looking out at the ocean was so relaxing. The kitchen was amazing and well stocked for our cooking during our stay. The beds were most comfortable and rooms although smaller in size were very esthetically pleasing and adequate for adults since we spend little time in our rooms. It is nestled on quiet street with views and sounds of the ocean. The minute we walk in - the stress of the holidays and the traffic from driving all disappear. The house is beautifully decorated and has a very welcoming feel. The kitchen is fully stocked with all you need to make a big dinner with family. The towels and bedding were high end. Top notch kitchen, with everything you need/want, right down to spices! Bathrooms and bedrooms also top of the line from bedding to shampoos and soaps. Quiet location, steps to a shady beach access. The house is very clean, beautifully appointed, and close to stores, restaurants, etc. The neighborhood is quiet and lovely. My husband enjoyed twice daily walks on the beach and we both enjoyed dinners from Surf’s Up Grill and coffee and donuts from Flip Flops Donut Shop. Very friendly people in Emerald Isle!
