Welcome to the West Side Oceanfront , dog friendly, Duplex, where spectacular panoramic views await you! This stunning property boasts four bedrooms and three and a half baths, making it the perfect getaway for families or groups. Sleeping arrangements include one king bed, two queen beds, two bunk beds, two queen sleeper sofas, and two rollaways, ensuring everyone has a comfortable spot to rest.  
  
On the ground floor, you'll find an inviting oceanfront queen bedroom with a private bath and smart cable TV, along with direct beach access. Step outside to the gated and covered patio, where you can unwind at the patio table and chairs, fire up the gas grill for a cookout, and rinse off in the enclosed hot/cold outdoor shower, which includes a dressing area for your convenience. For added entertainment, the game room features a second full-size fridge, a queen sleeper sofa, and a half bath, along with a wet bar and beverage fridge. Enjoy movie nights with a smart cable TV and DVD player, or challenge your friends to a game with the Foosball table. You'll also find an array of books, puzzles, and games, including options for children.  
  
The main floor offers a spacious queen bedroom equipped with a smart cable TV, DVD player, and a rollaway bed. The bunk room features two twin bunks, a smart TV, and a DVD player with HDMI access for gaming fun. A conveniently located shared bath makes it easy for guests to access. The great room serves as the heart of the home, featuring a cozy 55-inch smart cable TV, a DVD player, and a queen sleeper sofa. The well-stocked kitchen, complete with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops, is perfect for whipping up meals. Step outside to the deck furnished with a sofa, table, and chairs, providing direct access to the beach.  
  
Venture to the top floor to discover the oceanfront king master suite, a spacious retreat featuring a walk-in closet, rollaway bed, and a luxurious master bath with a large jacuzzi that overlooks the ocean. This suite is equipped with a smart cable TV, DVD player, and HDMI access, ensuring you have all the entertainment you need. Don't forget to enjoy the best views on the island from your private deck, furnished with chairs for relaxing in the sun.  
  
Throughout the duplex, you’ll enjoy high-speed Wi-Fi, central air conditioning, heating, and ceiling fans for added comfort. The home is equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, large-capacity washer and dryer, and a water softener. Family-friendly amenities are also available, including adult and children’s puzzles, books, games, a pack-n-play, booster seat, umbrella stroller, and children’s dishes.  
  
Conveniently located, this duplex is just a short walk from two grocery stores, craft beer shops, shopping, restaurants, and the pier. Plus, it’s only minutes away from golf, mini-golf, go-carts, and a water park!  
  
Linens—including bedding, bath towels, and kitchen towels—are provided, with all beds made upon your arrival. Rentals are available from Saturday to Saturday, and please note that no smoking or pets are allowed.

When you rent the entire property, you'll enjoy a total of eight bedrooms and 6.5 baths, complete with connecting interior doors.
