Located at the Point of Emerald Isle, Here Comes the Sun is ready for the 2025 beach rental season. Whether you choose to sit on the porches listening to the waves or watching the deer that ponder throughout the property daily, the home is filled with entertainment for adults and children. The Point offers privacy to beachgoers with its large sandy beaches with plenty of space. Public beach access to the ocean is a short stroll away, approximately a 5-minute walk. The distance between the end of the beach access boardwalk to the water is approximately 1/8 of a mile through the sand. Enjoy basking in the sun, fishing, or collecting seashells, The Point is an excellent beach for it. Sleep up to 14 people in this 2077 sq foot home with two separate living quarters. Outdoor stairs to lower-level apartment. The main level and top floor has: Master bedroom (Q) with a full bathroom. TV w/ dvd player Second bedroom with 2 full beds, full bathroom in the hallway. Upstairs bedroom with 2 full beds, a full bathroom and outside deck. TV On the ground floor is a separate apartment area with Living area w/ sofa bed (Q) and TV Dining area Kitchen Full bathroom Master bedroom (Q) Side bedroom (Twin bunk) Laundry room with a washer and dryer Note that the side bedroom and laundry room must be accessed through the master bedroom. The garage has an extra refrigerator for whatever occasion it is needed. Additionally, the garage has: Gas grill Charcoal grill beach chairs corn hole boards fire pit and wood rack; please replace wood that you use. A beach wagon 2 adult size bikes 1 child size bike beach toys assorted yard games Cable TV with 100+ channels and hi-speed Wi-fi throughout the home. Blu-Ray player upstairs and Roku stick downstairs. No Pets Allowed. Linens are be included with the booking automatically. The linens include bed sheets, bath towels and kitchen towels. Beach towels are not included. The booking cost will be decreased by $175 if you wish to remove the linen service from the rental. At the Point of Emerald Isle, the house is conveniently located between two public beach access points and end of the island. The beach at this part of the island is very wide and has fun tidal pools at low tide.The house is the first beach house we have rented that has felt like a home away from home. Our large party was able to spread out between the three levels, giving us full bathroom(s) and bedroom(s) at each level. We found the beds comfortable, and the kitchen fully stocked with dishes, pots, pans, glasses, mugs, etc.Jessica and Matt were extremely responsive and helpful during our stay. The place was very clean and met all of our expectations. The garage is full of things for the beach and things to have fun with at the house. My fiancé and I stayed in the bottom living area while my cousin and his family stayed in the top. We found both living areas to be more than adequate for our total of 7 guests. The walk to the beach is minimal, though crossing the dunes can be hard on your knees! The beach at The Point is the biggest beach I think I have ever seen, and the crowd is very minimal even in mid June.
