The House has plenty of parking so you don't have to wait in a queue for it at Churaumi. There is a Lawson convienience store nearby. For groceries we purchased them at Aeon Big1 supermarket (they also have a Daiso) in Motobu (about 10mins by car) You also get the ferry to Iejima from Motobu port (about 12mins by car) we didn't bother taking the rental car on the ferry - we just hired a small EV on the island (the cost works out slightly cheaper than taking the car on the ferry - and hiring it takes less time than waiting to go on & off the boat) Bise itself has two places I'd recommend - Cahaya Bulan cafe (although it closes a little early) and SeaSide (Bulls it may have new ownership) which does stay open later it serves dinner. Overall Bise House is a great base for your Northern Okinawa stay.
