« It's a very new property, well maintained and clean, but over the course of our three-night stay the room was never serviced and the excuse given was "housekeeping is very busy", a slightly insulting non-answer in my view. They did bring additional towels but no linens or other normal service items - this was a strange but inexcusable blip in an otherwise wonderful stay in a clean, modern, conveniently-located hotel. »

« I had a fantastic stay overall. The rooms were very clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was fresh with plenty of great options. The bar food was also excellent and a nice bonus. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, which really made the visit special. The elevators were a little tricky to figure out at first, but not a big issue. Highly recommended! »

« I had reservations so check-in and check-out were quick and easy and the rates were reasonable. Upon entering the room I did a bed bug check and found the bed clear of bugs, a big plus. I stayed five nights and never found any evidence of bed bugs. I found that the toilet seat was very loose as was the faucet in the sink.
