« The mattresses are hard and the pillows are inconsistent..some have no support at all and collapse to the bed or some have full feathers in them. Either why. I enjoyed my stay and will be back. »

« It's a very new property, well maintained and clean, but over the course of our three-night stay the room was never serviced and the excuse given was "housekeeping is very busy", a slightly insulting non-answer in my view. They did bring additional towels but no linens or other normal service items - this was a strange but inexcusable blip in an otherwise wonderful stay in a clean, modern, conveniently-located hotel. »

« Had no dresser or luggage racks, only one towel rack ... made it hard to find a place to put things! Ice maker didn't work on two floors. Pool was too small. Bad value as they charged a LOT for breakfast and parking. »

« This was such a pleasant stay! Perfect two night stay, location was close enough to go to downtown for fun as needed but not far to make it a long drive. Was in a nice quiet neighborhood, parking was great, staff were always friendly at all times and the room itself was well maintained and clean! The pool was great and while I didn’t get to try breakfast it was a nice touch to know it was there! Would absolutely stay again. »

« I really appreciate how secure the place is. During non-check in/out hours, the building is only accessed by the key card. »

« Nice property but limited coffee and creamer in room. Went to lobby for cream and they reluctantly gave me a small amount. While extra towels were delivered upon request, they weren’t in the room when requested before arrival. Bathroom sufficiently large and well lit, comfortable bed »
