« The mattresses are hard and the pillows are inconsistent..some have no support at all and collapse to the bed or some have full feathers in them. Either why. I enjoyed my stay and will be back. »

« It's a very new property, well maintained and clean, but over the course of our three-night stay the room was never serviced and the excuse given was "housekeeping is very busy", a slightly insulting non-answer in my view. They did bring additional towels but no linens or other normal service items - this was a strange but inexcusable blip in an otherwise wonderful stay in a clean, modern, conveniently-located hotel. »

« This was such a pleasant stay! Perfect two night stay, location was close enough to go to downtown for fun as needed but not far to make it a long drive. Was in a nice quiet neighborhood, parking was great, staff were always friendly at all times and the room itself was well maintained and clean! The pool was great and while I didn’t get to try breakfast it was a nice touch to know it was there! Would absolutely stay again. »

« I had reservations so check-in and check-out were quick and easy and the rates were reasonable. Upon entering the room I did a bed bug check and found the bed clear of bugs, a big plus. I stayed five nights and never found any evidence of bed bugs. I found that the toilet seat was very loose as was the faucet in the sink. I brought this to the attention of one of the staff and it was "fixed" within minutes. While they did make the situation better, it still could have been better. Not a...
