### T3 Apartment with Lake View and Wi-Fi

Located in Embrun, this fully renovated 76 m² apartment accommodates up to 6 guests with 2 bedrooms. The first 15 m² bedroom has a double bed, while the second, also 15 m², features 2 single beds. Two folding beds are available for extra sleeping space. The private kitchen, open to the living room, is well equipped with a fridge, drawer freezer, extractor hood, dishwasher, oven, microwave, and ceramic hob. The apartment offers private Wi-Fi, a TV, and elevator access up to the 3rd floor.  
  
Enjoy a bright space with stunning views of Les Orres ski resort and the lake. The spacious living room includes a sofa bed and armchairs, perfect for relaxing after your activities.  
  
Your stay includes private parking and easy access to shuttle stops just 100 meters away, connecting you to the city center and Les Orres resort. The apartment is only 200 meters from the water. There is an entryway with closets, separate WC, and a bathroom with shower, double sink unit, and towel warmer. A washing machine is available for your use. Appliance manuals are provided on site.  
  
Pets are welcome. Please note that events are not allowed on the property. Cleaning service is available for an extra fee. Shuttle service to the city center is 100 meters from the building. Bed linen, towels, and household linen are not provided.
