« Chambre Super propre et très beau. Agréable séjour! De belles fenêtres avec des vues sur la marina! Wow! Nous avons par contre trouver les ascenseur très long à monter et descendre, presque non fonctionnel, sur 3 ascenseurs en face, seulement un marchait temps plein, l’autre par intermittence. Un employé nous a fait passer par un ascenseur de service pour nous accommoder! Merci! »

« The office and the room had a vile oder. After checking in the staff said she had to go change the sheets. When she gave me the room there was feces all over the toilet, the shower was dirty, the bed had a flat sheet that didn't fit, the microwave and fridge was dirty. »

« We wanted to be in the Hampton area for a concert. Hyatt was perfect, the room was so clean and the staff was top tier. The only thing I did not like was the food. The wings were a nightmare, my Caesar salad was trash. But our bartender was so kindled. Mr. Dana was so professional and kind. We will be back I just won’t order food lol. They have these peanut butter cookies though they are to die for!! Overall great place to stay!! And affordable »

« The room was spacious and clean. The breakfast was excellent. The only issue was that the room key card did not work and I had to go down to get it reset. Even after that it was hard to re-enter the room as the card did not consistently work. »

« The staff were excellent. The room was clean but showing signs of age. Also instead of shampoo, conditioner and body wash in the shower there were three shampoos. The hot tub didn’t work. The small pool was crowded with kids which isn’t really a complaint but more so an observation. The gym is small but got the job done however one of the treadmills didn’t work at all. When I paid in the app it said it included their breakfast but when I checked in they said it did not. »

« BED BUGS! I took a live bug to them in a cup and we got bit. My wife got it way worse. We shortened our stay to get away from there. The hotel nor the company that handles there issues (Sedgwick) has done nothing. They won’t even acknowledged it was a bed bug. So I take them a live bug, send them pictures of the other bugs found in the room, send pics of the bite marks on our body, and all they did was send a letter saying they don’t accept responsibility. Supposedly they called pest...

« The breakfast was great, a very clean room, and the entire staff was fantastic. Tina was great when we arrived, she deserves a raise! »
