You will love the wood ceilings, the fully equipped kitchen, the electric heating fireplace in the living room, the large mudroom/laundry, outdoor deck, fire pit, and more! Enjoy the woodsy feel and views from this 2nd story apartment, fully air conditioned for the warm summer months. Semer's Park on Shagawa Lake, with swimming and playground, is a short walk on walking trail. Walking, biking, ATV and snowmobile trails are right out your door with lots of room for your trailers in our drive-through off-street lot! Have a larger group? Although the outside temperatures were in the minus 20s (Celsius), inside we were very comfortable and warm. Property had everything we needed and much more, from towels and coffee in abundance, to three queen-size beds, a large kitchen and large living room. An ideal place to stay. ##### Tony B. This place was fantastic and has great amenities you don’t see at other rentals. We had a group of 4 fisherman and this place had ample parking and power outlets outside and the inside was clean and had everything anyone would ever need. It was excellent, clean, quiet!! Kitchen had everything you may need to prepare meals, living area was very comfortable! We really appreciated the windows and deck which were great for sunsets and star gazing.The bedrooms and linens were very comfortable.Bathrooms clean, spacious.We even utilized washer and dryer.
