« Received a text message with check in instructions the day before. On the day had a text to say cleaners running late. Not a big problem, we just arrived 2 hours larger than checking. However on arrival we discovered the apartment we had been given access to was not the one in the listing. The one we were in only had 2 beds whereas the one in the listing had 4. « Really friendly and helpful hosts and the chalets are finished to a very high standard. Lovely and peaceful with a really comfy bed. Didn’t find fault with anything during my stay and would definitely recommend to others and stay again if I’m in the area. 10/10 »

« The room was spacious, and provides was a complimentary breakfast and beverages to drink.
The ensuite is a nice large size.
Car parking can be a bit of a squeeze if there are guests with cars staying in all of the flats.
There was good friendly communication with the owner most of the time.
The WiFi was working, but for some reason not the smart TV. Maybe a previous guest messed it up.
The house is on a good bus route, with a stop across the road and regular buses into Derby city...

« Nearest shop I found was the Co-op in Kegworth.
Room was clean and fine, but there was no info, eg that there's an alarm which goes off if you don't latch the kitchen door, who to contact and how I'm case of need. Prior to arrival, a map of the site showing checkin location would be useful.
