"Great location. "

"This was a really fun hotel in El Ravel neighborhood. Unfortunately, our stay was during Ramadan and the plaza outside the hotel was filled with loud speeches, loud calls to prayer, and noise. Even though we were on a higher floor, the sound traveled up and we could hear it at night and early morning. But even so, this was one of our favorite hotels during our Spain trip. It's really fun and the rooms are so efficiently designed, we wondered why all hotels aren't designed this way. We ate in the hotel's restaurant because we got in late and were too exhausted to go hunt for something, but we should have. The location is on the cusp of dicey and late at night didn't feel that safe, but during the day was an easy walk to the market, Rambla, etc. "

"The hotel is in a super location, walking distance to many sights and great eateries. There is a subway station entrance directly in front of the hotel. It’s also blocks away from a Hop On Hop Off Tour Bus stop, which is a great way to get an overview of Barcelona. The hotel staff is super friendly and very helpful. It was convenient to have breakfast on the rooftop, while enjoying the nice views. Even though the hotel is located between busy streets, the our room’s windows buffered the sounds. We would definitely stay at Sonder Casa Luz again."
