« We had a lovely stay in Guelph at this unit. The apartment was clean and had everyyhing we needed for our stay. Communication with Mihaela was great, and she made sure to check in with us once the trip was booked and again just before our stay. »

« Great stay. The property is immaculate, and the photos don't do it justice! Amjad was communicative, helpful, and kind. One thing to know: there are not currently shades/blinds on the windows in the living room/kitchen/entry area. Not a big deal, but if you like a bit of extra privacy, you should know this. »

« The place was clearly cheaply built, and the people living upstairs (owner?) Were tromping around until last more than once and there is clearly no soundproofing out in. Also handyman came to caulk the kitchen backsplash during our visit which was just weird. Also, there is no control for the temperature in the unit so you're at the mercy of whatever the main for decides they want the temp to be up there which is clearly different than the basement. »

« The size, configuration and amenities suited our party very comfortably. The location was convenient to our activities in Kitchener Waterloo. Ahead of our very late checkin, the host let us know of an issue with the furnace. He was able to mitigate with several space heaters, so we were comfortable for the remainder of the stay. Being a very old house, with the arrival of warmer weather, there was an influx of ants around the doors; perhaps some ant traps would slow them down. Overall, a cute...

« Communication with host was excellent. This is a good place for young travelers, not multi-generational. The property was clean and easy to locate. On the downside, the stairs were narrow, the beds were not very comfortable, and there was only one full bath so for morning shower with 6 of us, it took a long time. It would have been very helpful to have an extra shower. There was no dishwasher and the washer already had bedsheets and could not be used. We also had trouble pulling the keys from...
