Quality shower bathroom fittings, firm bed, sheets. Excellent tasty breakfast beats the 5star hotels. Every one has a smile on their face when they see you and go above and beyond. « 2 nuits réservées pour nous rapprocher de l’aéroport de Cochin. Séjour agréable, à l’arrivée le personnel est aux petits soins avec les clients. On a eu un Check out tardif sans frais, vraiment très appréciable. Très bonne literie, chambre spacieuse, spa qui mérite de s’y attarder.. Points négatifs cependant pour la piscine, manque d’entretien et pas très propre et le service très lent au restaurant quand on commande à la carte .. mais je le conseille tout de même pour le rapport...

« It is rare in travel to India that a hotel really delivers but a good, clean and well maintained hotel combined with an exceptionally good service from every member of hotel staff really lived up to my expectations! The hotel room itself was clean, the facilities were warm and modern and the location was great - central. The service from front desk management (in perticular Mr Praveen) was exceptional. I needed a parcel forwarding to north India, unprompted, he totally understood my needs...
