Contact with the management company was very good and they responded quickly. Only issue is that the bed is small and the mattress not very good so you 'rolled together' quite a lot. The pull out sofa was stained, uncomfortable, and clean bedding and pillows were not provided. Decor is basic. There is no dishwasher as advertised. This condo does not provide any “extras” such as a blow dryer or place to hang towels. If multiple steep stairs are a challenge, this place is not for you!
