Amazing views! Beautiful riverfront house on the Coosawattee River in Ellijay, GA. This home is 2 stories with 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and a hot tub! The first level has an indoor gas fireplace and a deck that spans the entire length of the house to sit on and enjoy the river and nature. The second level has a game room with foosball, an arcade game, and board games for some good family fun. In addition, the upper level has windows that span the entire length of the house to get some amazing views of one of the widest bends in the river in the area. There is also an outdoor gas grill if you want to cook out while enjoying the sounds of the water rushing by. Included with your fees is access to certain amenities in the Coosawattee River Resort such as fishing at the stocked Beaver Lake pond, access to the parks inside, amongst others things. You have the option to purchase a punch card to use to access other amenities in the area such as the gym, arcade room, basketball/tennis courts, mini golf, pools, etc... If interested in more information contact myself at least 1 week or more before your stay. Punch cards are $90/card and have 7 punch slots per card. It’s beautiful and this home is located right on it. It rained most of our stay but we enjoyed the changing water. We utilized the gas fireplace and watched many movies while relaxing with the family. It was a short notice booking and William was very responsive to my messages. No issues with the home itself. The gated community is very diverse, from large homes to RVs and campsites. Some of the roads are tight with steep elevations and not all of them are paved. We drove a 2500 GMC truck, it handled it just fine. It was a great escape for us. ##### Kerri C. Every room was just as described and there was plenty of room for everyone. The bedrooms were set up great for families traveling with their children and the kitchen had everything we needed for preparing meals. Also, the views from every room were spectacular! We also enjoyed the fire pit in the evenings for making S’mores while listening to the river. And the hot tub was a nice feature as well. The road is curvy getting to the house, but it is an adventure too. My grandkids loved counting how many deer they saw on the ride to the house. There are many steps as you enter the home but that help to offset all the S’mores and apple cider doughnuts that were eaten. Overall, beautiful scenery, beautiful accommodations, and the host was hospitable and easy to communicate with. I didn’t take out insurance at that time. I asked if I could reschedule the trip for a later date because of the hurricane. I was told that it wouldn’t be a problem! I was shown kindness. They could’ve just said.. I’m sorry you didn’t take out the insurance, so it’s not my problem!! I very much appreciate this understanding and kindness! We brought kayaks and fishing poles, plenty of room for 4 cars and our cornhole boards. Loved the fire pit. The house offered everything we needed. We always enjoy having a dock. This house is not good for seniors due to the amount of stairs required to enter the house but it wasn’t a problem for us. We rent a house every year in Ellijay and this house has the best river location we have seen so far. ##### Tamar Leah H. There is so much to do. We enjoyed the pool, pickleball, mini-golf and the game room at the recreation center and the riverside outdoor pool. At the house, we enjoyed the hot tub, fishing and wading in the river and the game room. The house was in a perfect location and we saw lots of deer and even a bear very close on our walk.
