PLEASE NOTE: Last minute reservations (14 days prior to check in) will be required to check in at the Mountain Oasis office prior to 5pm, Mon-Fri unless previous arrangements are made in advance. Reservations made after 5pm for same day check in are NOT allowed. CHECK IN 4PM CHECK OUT 10AM Please Note: if you have over 6 guests up to the max occupancy of 8 in your party, during the online booking process you will need to click the box Guest Fee which will add $50 to your reservation. This property is located in the Coosawattee River Resort which means you are able to utilize the amenities of the resort including the Rec Center with indoor olympic size heated pool, exercise room, arcade room, tennis courts, basket ball courts, putt putt golf, picnic areas at various parks within the resort and the 3 outdoor swimming pools (during summer season) at no additional cost to you for authorized groups up to 8 people. Please note, it is out of control should one or any of these amenities not be available during your stay and there should be no expectation of any refunds should this occur. None of our properties are within walking distance to the rec center and depending on location, could be a 2 minute to 15 minute drive. This truly is where mountains, sky and water meet together! Come on in, feel the stress start to melt away as you see the quality craftsmanship, attention to detail and views that this home provides. Put the groceries away, grab your favorite beverage and head on out to the back porch and relax on the comfortable furnishings and take in the fresh mountain air and views of the river and mountains beyond. Enjoy a fire in the wood burning fireplace on the deck on a cool fall/winter day. Perhaps a soak in the hot tub after the long drive is what's needed to start this vacation off in the right direction. Whatever you decide to do indulge in, you'll be so happy you chose Mountain River Lodge to do it! Inside, you will find all the comforts of home, from the fully equipped kitchen with beautiful granite and stainless steel appliances, you will find everything needed to whip up some great meals. Enjoy your meals at the breakfast bar or the open concept dining room. The great room offers comfort and beauty and provides the perfect place to enjoy a movie on the 42" TV or cuddle up with a good book, and, on a chilly Fall or Winter evening, take the chill off with the beautiful gas fireplace. There are 4 bedrooms, l King on the main floor, 1 King Master with private bath on the upper level, 1 Queen on the upper level and a bunk room on the Terrace Level. The Terrace level also hosts a game room with sitting area, large 50" flat screen TV, Pool Table and another full bathroom. This level is also where you access the hot tub with plenty of seating as well as the fire pit where you can enjoy a campfire; don't forget the marshmallows! This cabin is located in the Coosawattee River Resort in Ellijay. The roads are mostly paved to the cabin with the exception of the last mile which is dirt/gravel but well maintained. This cabin is also in close proximity to Riverview Hideaway if you are looking for 2 properties semi close together (about 1/2 mile). \* 1 King bedroom on the MAIN level \* Full bathroom on MAIN level with walk in shower \* 1 King Master on the UPPER level with a Jack and Jill bath, with walk in shower. Linens for each bed, 2-bath towels, 1-hand towel, 1-washcloth per person listed on guest list, dresser or closet for clothing storage, central heat and air, washer/dryer, vacuum and/or broom and dust pan, mop, cable or satellite TV, internet, telephone for local calls and propane grill. In addition we provide a complimentary start-up supplies of: Toilet Tissue (2 rolls per bathroom), Paper Towels, (1 roll), Garbage Bags (2-3 bags) , Dishwasher Detergent (1-2 loads) Laundry Detergent (1 load), and Dish Washing Soap (mini bottle). Many of our cabins include more than this basic list of inventory items. The only items you'll need to bring will be food, beverages, and condiments. Required Fees - Cleaning, Processing, Gate Fee, Accidential Damage Fee, 15% lodging tax, $5 per night Hotel/Motel Fee added to all reservations. DRIVING DIRECTIONS TO THE CABIN ARE E-MAILED TO YOU 7 DAYS PRIOR TO ARRIVAL IF YOUR RESERVATION HAS BEEN UPDATED WITH YOUR GUEST LIST AND DRIVER'S LICENSE. Great communication with the management company. Great hot tub and pool table. I would suggest replacing the grill and adding more pots and pans but otherwise it was perfect. When we arrived, everything was clean and well maintained, and there was music on to welcome us. The Cabin’s management team was easy to communicate with and was happy to assist in recommendations for a florist (we were here in a bachelorette group). The views were incredible, and it was overall a fantastic stay. I wish we had more time to just hang out at the cabin, but our schedule was pretty packed! We did get to use the hot tub one evening, and that was awesome after a long day. I will note, you’re up in the mountains, so the drive into the property is quite steep, as is the driveway. My 2WD SUV was able to navigate it, but it’s something to consider. The property has some adorable deer, so don’t forget to bring some deer corn! Thanks for a great stay!! ##### Lauren A. It’s definitely NOT brand new. “Brand New” doesn’t have dust on the window seals! Several things were broken, moldy, and not thoroughly cleaned. The air conditioner was broke. When trying to get a hold of anyone to get help took more than 24 hours. We did not finish our stay and were not refunded. Nor were we ever contacted by “Debbie the manager” as we were told we would be by Jeanie. I’m guessing “Debbie” doesn’t really exist. We will never go back and we don’t recommend anyone stay here. They don’t care about making it a perfect stay for you. ##### Elisa W. Outdoor fireplace area was a great place to relax, and the deck space was plentiful! We enjoyed taking walks, exploring nearby hiking trails, riding sxs and dirt bikes at an off-road park, and trying local restaurants. Only downside was the steepness of the driveway since we had brought a trailer with us, but a kind neighbor helped us find a level ground to park it. Would definitely return! ##### Tess O.
