The sitting room has privacy blinds installed on the window and the French doors as well as blackout curtains over the window. The sectional couch makes into full bed that can easily accommodate 2 adults or 3 little ones comfortably. With amenities like AC, high speed internet, two BRAND NEW 55" Smart TV's w/ Netflix, Amazon Prime, Hulu, Disney, Peacock and much more for the convenience of our guest at no extra charge. We want our guest to relax and unwind and actually have the vacation that they came for. \*\*We are in a GREAT LOCATION for everyone in the family. We’re right in the heart of several Apple Orchards ,wineries ,distilleries, and minutes from the Cartacay River. Nice trout fishing here too, plenty of parks for hiking and for the little ones as well. And we're 10 minutes from downtown Ellijay where there’s plenty of shopping to do several restaurants to dine at, antiques to find and sight seeing to do!!! You're in the perfect location with this quaint suite! \*\*We've added a fully stocked coffee bar, waters, Cokes, Sprites. Diet Cokes, Dr. Pepper, Lemonades and juice in the fridge and snacks out on the table to greet our guest after your travels to us. We have the best of the best from the luxurious pillows to the fluffy fresh towels to the peace and quiet. We’ve spared no expense for our guests!!!!! We've installed an LED lit mirror in the bathroom that has a defogger mode for those who like the long, hot showers but need to get ready quick, as well as a soaking tub to unwind in after a long day of being out and about exploring. We've also included some other essentials like toilet paper, soap, shaving cream, toothpaste, toothbrushes just in case our guest may have forgotten something!! \*\*The kitchenette has a full size side by side refrigerator and a microwave. A bar top table for 4, that’s perfect for planning your next adventures. Plates, bowls, glasses, silverware, and more. We've also included a desk in a nook area for those that may need to get a little bit of work done , but we really hope you won't need to use it. There is also a brand new outdoor patio table that seats 6 and a new grill. Both of which are completely covered under the porch on the patio so it can be used even on rainy days. \*NO SMOKING ALLOWED \* The suite has just been painted throughout and we kindly ask that our guest please be mindful of that. We have provided sand pots around the property for those that need to use them. We're a 20 minute drive to downtown Blue Ridge, about 45 minutes to the Tennessee line and 50 minutes to North Carolina. \*\*The suite is on the ground floor so there are no steps. We also have added signs for guest parking. And have installed a Ring camera at the entrance to the suite that covers the entrance and the driveway area to ensure the safety of our guest and your vehicles. I went with my husband and 2 small dogs. It was the perfect place to get away (although we did some remote work). Our stay was perfect, the host provided everything I can think someone would need! The bedroom was super dark and quiet, we had the best sleep! The small living room is perfect to drink hot chocolate and watch movies. The location is so perfect, at night you can see so many starts! I’ve booked VRBOs and “others” for years, and I can truly say that these are the most thoughtful, generous hosts I’ve ever had… such nice people!! As a veteran nurse who deals with people on their worst days… every day… it was so refreshing to meet truly good, kind people!! Lyndel had snacks, cold drinks and water, and an activity book with markers, crayons and colored pencils for our preschooler… not to mention, the most amazing coffee bar I’ve ever seen.. anything you could possibly want!! I’m inspired to make my own coffee bar now!! The property is absolutely gorgeous!! Everything was spotlessly clean, and the bed was so comfy… and I’m a bit of a bed snob. The festive décor made it feel so warm, cozy, and homey. You can really tell the hosts put a lot of love into making the space inviting!Everything was spotless, and there were thoughtful touches everywhere, from the comfy bedding to the well-stocked snacks and drinks.The environment was incredibly peaceful and quiet, perfect for relaxing and unwinding. Our host was so kind, friendly, and easy to talk to; we had a great chat, and she truly made us feel welcome and comfortable during our stay. We also knew all the best places in the area for activities, which helped so much! The hosts also responded quickly to each message, which let us know she truly cares about our stay!One small note for future guests: the home is located on a hill and the road is unpaved. My tires spun a bit going up the hill since I am not used to driving up a hill in which the start is unpaved. Just be prepared for that, especially if you’re arriving at night or in rainy weather, and you will be fine. Aside from that, everything was absolutely wonderful!
