Mike and Tonya are the consummate hosts from providing a wonderful welcome basket to daily check-ins to ensure that our needs were taken care of. This cabin is well-stocked and was very clean upon arrival. The views are fabulous and the location is very peaceful. We had a wonderful restful weekend. The only downside to the cabin is that to access the lower level bedroom, you have to go outside. It cannot be accessed from inside the house. Fortunately, this was not an issue for us since there were just 2 couples. Heed the owner’s guidance regarding the roadway to the cabin. It is a steep 20 minute or so drive on partially washed out dirt roads. Be prepared but don’t let it deter you from renting the cabin. Just get what you need before you get to the cabin and you will be set for a great experience. ##### Pam D. The views were breathtaking, even on rainy days, and the hot tub was the perfect way to unwind after a long hike. The cabin was spotless and everything worked perfectly. Communication with the hosts was excellent throughout our stay.The drive up to the cabin is definitely part of the adventure—AWD or 4WD is highly recommended. After some rain, we were especially glad to have an AWD vehicle.
