The Setting
The view is not just a backdrop at Viewtopia â it is the main room of the house. From the great room, bedrooms, decks, hot tub, and private balcony, guests can watch the mountains shift through sunrise, clouds, weather, moonrise, and changing light throughout the day.
The cabin sits at approximately 2,470 feet elevation and faces east-southeast, making morning light especially beautiful. With National Forest land nearby and direct trail access from the cabin, Viewtopia gives guests the feeling of being tucked into the mountains while still staying connected to nearby towns, restaurants, shopping, and activities.
Inside the Cabin
The main level welcomes guests with an open great room, comfortable leather furnishings, a gas-log fireplace, HDTV with streaming, dining area, and a wall of windows that brings the mountains inside. The kitchen shares this open space and is equipped for easy cabin meals, with granite countertops, stainless appliances, cookware, dishes, utensils, and everything needed for relaxed dining at the cabin.
The main level also includes a king bedroom with mountain views, a full bathroom, and a washer and dryer for guest use. From this level, guests can step outside to covered porch space, rocking chairs, outdoor dining, and expanding mountain views.
Upper-Level Retreat
Upstairs, the private king suite is one of the most memorable spaces in the cabin. This bedroom offers views in two directions â through the great roomâs wall of windows and from its own private covered balcony.
This is a beautiful place to watch sunrise, moonrise, or weather move across the mountains. The ensuite bath includes a tub, separate shower, and double vanities, giving the upper level a true retreat feel.
Terrace Level & Indoor Fun
The terrace level adds extra room for families and groups to spread out. This level includes two additional bedrooms, one with a queen bed and one with a full bed, along with a third full bathroom featuring a tile shower.
The terrace-level living area includes a smart 4K TV, foosball, family games, and comfortable seating, making it a great hangout space for kids, teens, or guests who want a separate place to relax.
Outdoor Living
Viewtopia was designed to make the most of its mountain setting. Guests can enjoy decks on three levels, a private hot tub deck, covered porches, rocking chairs, outdoor dining, a yard, garden area, and long mountain views from many outdoor spaces.
Start the day with coffee and sunrise views, spend the afternoon exploring nearby trails, then come home to soak in the hot tub or relax on the deck as the mountains shift through evening light.
