The Space:  
Step inside and instantly feel at home in this beautifully renovated townhouse, designed for both comfort and convenience. As you enter on the main floor (2nd story), you'll be welcomed by a bright and open living area with a cozy fireplace—the perfect place to gather after a day of adventure. The fully equipped kitchen makes meal prep easy, and the dining area is great for shared meals. Also on this level, you’ll find a bedroom with a queen bed and a full bathroom.  
  
Head upstairs to the third floor, where the primary bedroom features a king bed for a restful night’s sleep. A second full bathroom is conveniently located off the hallway, and the loft-style bedroom offers another queen bed, making it a great spot for additional guests.  
  
For even more space to spread out, head down to the walkout basement (ground level), which has been recently renovated. This level features a second living room with a Smart TV, perfect for relaxing movie nights. You’ll also find a spacious bedroom with two queen beds, a laundry area with a washer and dryer, and easy access to the outdoor ground level.  
  
For families traveling with little ones, a Pack 'n Play is available in the spacious master closet, making it easy to set up a sleep space for infants or toddlers. In the winter, the Holiday Valley shuttle stops nearby, making it easy to reach the lodge and ski lifts without worrying about parking.  
  
Just minutes away, downtown Ellicottville offers great restaurants, boutique shops, and a lively après-ski scene. Whether you're here for skiing, golfing, mountain biking, or simply unwinding, this location puts you close to the action while providing a peaceful retreat at the end of the day.  
  
Getting Around:  
The Holiday Valley shuttle provides easy access to the lodge and ski lifts in winter. On weekends, ride-sharing services should be available for trips to town. If you prefer to drive, Holiday Valley and downtown Ellicottville are just minutes away with plenty of parking. In summer, you can walk to the Holiday Valley pools and nearby trails.  
  
Other Things to Note:  
This recently renovated townhouse features hickory hardwood floors, a modern kitchen with stainless steel appliances, new furniture, and fresh paint throughout. A washer and dryer are available in the basement, and a Pack 'n Play is provided for families with little ones. The basement entrance includes a ski and snowboard rack for convenient gear storage.
