The home is local in a residential neighborhood and we expect our guests to be respectful of the surroundings and quiet hours. Chalet, 4 Bedrooms 3 Baths, (Sleeps 2-10) Looking for space, location, and comfortable beds look no further. This large 4 bedroom chalet located in a prestigious Ellicottville neighborhood sleeps 10 and has three levels, 3 full baths with a walk out basement. Check in process was excellent all details were sent the night before arrival. Prior to arrival the owner contacted us with some property damage from the previous guests. When cooking in the oven the smoke dectors were set off from the burnt food on bottom of stove and some utensils has food left on them. Unsure if that is from the previous guests or the cleaners since clear check out procedures were given the night before check out. The hot tub was a hit for all in our party. I did contact the owner about adding some non-slip stripes or something to help with the slipperiness of the shower in the master suite. The water pressure was great. Having a washer and dryer available was amazing. Overall, we had a great stay with some minor issues. ##### Chelsea m.
