This cozy townhome has it all! Just a few steps to Holiday Valley ski and par-70 Golf resort and 1 mile from the town, you can easily enjoy all that Ellicottville has to offer! Come home and unwind in this fully furnished, three story home with central air and a large open living area with cathedral ceilings and a fireplace for warmth and relaxation! You can also enjoy the view from the two porches or many bright windows! If you’re traveling alone or with others, this home has privacy and ample space with 3 large bedrooms, two full baths, and all the modern conveniences. Also included are fully equipped kitchen, internet, cable, island seating, dishwasher, Keurig, washer & dryer, and all linens, towels provided. Come and truly relax and enjoy… everything has been taken care of. Bedrooms include - Master with Queen and en suite, 2nd bedroom has a brand new Queen sized bed and tv, 3rd bedroom has two bunk beds (4 twin mattresses) and tv. Full sized, heavy duty air mattress is available as well.

Great place, great location, and great service!
Loved our time here. Weather wasn’t ideal but had a lot of fun hanging at the house and exploring Ellicottville. Small issue with the key pad but was solved in minutes. Great hosts!!! Thanks for an awesome weekend!

Wonderful place for our family vacation. Tons of room inside to spread out, more TVs than you can shake a stick out. Everything worked and was clean and up to date. Easy to get to and parking was great. Would stay here again for sure.

Perfect Girls’ Getaway!
A few besties, some wine, snacks, shopping and the BEST townhouse made for a perfect getaway! The hosts were quick to respond to any questions and their flexibility for a later check out was the cherry on top. Can wait to come back!

Great weekend!
What a great find! 2 adults and 4 teens stayed at Don and Amber’s well equipped townhouse. We skied each day as the resort is right down the hill. We could have walked but chose to drive as we had a good overnight snow and temps in the single digits. Apres skiing included home cooked meals in a well stocked kitchen and relaxing by the three televisions, reading and playing board games and Xbox. We even squeezed in some time in town as it was a very short drive! Communication with the owners was informative and quick. We wish we could have stayed a little longer!

Great Weekend Away
The condo was great! We stayed with 4 adults and 3 kids (10-14). There was plenty of room for everyone and very comfortable beds. Communication with the owner was very good. Only suggestion I would make is bring additional bathroom towels- we had to do laundry a couple times.

Weekend getaway with grandkids

This place was everything I could have hoped for - a clean, quiet retreat up the mountain that felt like home. I wish I could have stayed longer. Communication with the owners was easy, prompt and great overall. Thanks for a wonderful stay - I would definitely stay again!
