Welcome to Hefferan Road; a charming chalet tucked on a hillside setting, just minutes away from all that Ellicottville offers! Surrounded by nature’s beauty and breathtaking views, this fully furnished chalet has so much to offer. With the expanded second-level deck, you’ll have the luxury of overlooking the entire valley! Step inside, and you’re greeted by a cozy family room, featuring a stone fireplace, rustic bar area, and plenty of space for gathering. A laundry room with a sauna and a full bath complete this level. Upstairs, walk into the great room with a fully equipped kitchen, modern appliances, ample counter space, beautiful cabinetry, a cozy living and dining area, 2nd stone fireplace, all taking advantage of the surrounding views. From there walk back to the primary bedroom, office nook, and another full bath. The third floor has two additional spacious bedrooms. You’ll enjoy the beauty of nature in multiple outdoor seating areas including a screened gazebo that overlooks the stone firepit area. Got pets - jump into the outdoor shower after a day of country play! The outdoor settings are perfect for stargazing and enjoying that commanding view at any time of the year.
