I travel to ellicottville once a year and this is by far the best place we have stayed. The house is huge and perfect for groups. It had plenty of land with beautiful scenery leaving you with plenty of privacy but it’s also close to town (walking distance). Will be booking again next year. Highly recommend. The property was perfect for the weekend. The amenities are great with lots of room for lawn games, the pond for fishing, the kayaks that are provided, and an awesome fire pit right by the water. We had two families for a total of 10 people and there was plenty of room for all of us. My husband enjoyed taking the kayak out on the pond every morning. And the kids loved walking to Tim hortons in the morning. We also walked to steelbound and the new bar, fatteys, right across the street. We ended our days with campfires by the pond.
