Positives: lots of bedrooms and spaces to relax, kitchen and pantry are decently stocked. Good to knows: if you have a sensitive nose (like my wife does), the water does have sort of a sulfur smell. There are two kitchens but only the main one is fully stocked. The pet fee was a little confusing, as I had thought it was 50 per pet. But I was charged 65 for one pet initially before adding a second pet which came out to 100 total. ##### Brennan C. There is nothing like having your own private waterfall in your back yard to enjoy anytime you want. We enjoyed making s’mores by the huge fire pit listening to the sound of the waterfall at night. The hot tub was perfect for star gazing. The house had so many bedrooms and even a separate first floor area with its own bedroom, living room, bathroom and kitchen. The formal dining room would be perfect for a large family dinner. There were so many porches with sitting areas all around for privacy if needed. The house was filled with history of the farm and so many antiques to admire. The game room was a hit with a separate TV and playroom for the kids to hang out. The host was always available by email, phone or txt if any questions needed to be answered. The only downside was that the property is on a main road but you would never know when you are sitting out back. We will definitely be visiting again in the future. ##### Karen M.
