Live on VACATION in this phenomenal FULLY FURNISHED 2 Bedroom/2 Bath home sitting DIRECTLY on the MANATEE RIVER on just over 1/2 acre! Enjoy incredible sunrises by your private pool or bring your boat and head out for the day on the Manatee River - with direct and easy access to the Gulf of Mexico (no locks, etc...). Your private dock features electric and water service and a 12,000 lb. remote-operated boat lift. The dock extends well into the Manatee, making it the perfect fishing spot!
