our room was visibly dirty. Check your bed, ours had a pee spot on the comforter from a dog. I took photos to post on the review but it seems I cannot attach them. Room 203 is the one closet to train tracks and the train is very loud at night and they do use their train horn. Woke us up a few times throughout the night. I’d consider spending a slight amount more and get a better stay somewhere else that is actually clean, because this place simply is not.

I booked one room with two queen size beds for three of us, when we arrived the staff told us only two people were allowed in the room. We argued and said that is strange since there is more than enough room since it’s a double queen room. She then changed her tone and said three was allowed for a charge. Felt very much like she took us for a ride and was judging us for all wanting to stay in one room.

Very noisy all night, we were on bottom floor. People above us made noise all night. Told managers, they just smiled, hard to communicate because they didn't speak very good english. Never stay there again because of people running it.

My elderly parents stayed 4 night over New Years. They have really enjoyed the stay. Rooms were clean, well stocked - mini-fridge and microwave were very useful. Staff was super attentive and helpful. Breakfast - eggs, baked goods, yogurts, cream-cheese and even waffle-maker - was satisfying.

Clean. Staff was super friendly and accommodating. Kinda sad I couldn’t bring breakfast back to my room for the family members that don’t like getting up early but I understand they don’t want people taking advantage and hording food from other guests. Safe looked busted so I didn’t use it but for the price I’d definitely stay here again. Also one of my rooms wouldn’t auto lock unless I pulled hard on the door to trigger the locking mechanism. I didn’t mind because I was in and out of that room like crazy but it’s something to be noted for future guests to check so you don’t think your door locked when you walk away and it might not have.

Ok stay
I ended up at this hotel because Snoqualmie Pass was closed. I chose this particular hotel mostly because it was right across the street from one of my favorite cafe’s, Cottage Cafe. As for the room, It is a fairly large room. Has a spa tub which was really nice. The remote for the tv was broken and the hdmi cable to the back of the tv was partially pulled out so it wasn’t receiving any signal from the satellite box. Easy enough fix, if you know what to look for. The bed was subpar to the bed that I have at home, but what does one expect. I was only able to sleep for 2 hours, not sure if it was due to the comfort of the bed, or the stress of having to stay at a hotel unexpectedly, so that wasn’t great. Overall, it’s a decent place to stay for the night. I left at 3 am, so I didn’t get a chance to eat the breakfast that they offered. Almost forgot, there were also quite a few trains that went by, fairly close to the hotel blowing their horns. So just be aware of that.

It was gross had foul drips of stuff down the outside of the bathtub jets haven’t been properly cleaned tons of hair hanging out of the hair dryer, tiles on balcony are broke and the entire balcony is rotted and about to fall threw, curtains are clearly not cleaned bed wasn’t fresh just re made with stains on the sheets floors were sticky, black Mold around the bathtub, odor was strong, outlets were busted that the air unit was plugged into, which is not safe. The pictures on line looked nice turns out those are from the prior owner the new owner has let it become nasty gross isn’t properly cleaned and think it’s acceptable it’s the first time I went in a place and looked for bed bugs. Extremely disappointed as we got there king suite room. I would avoid at all cost immediately requested a refund and left in hopes we would find a place available to stay on short notice. We can deal with not perfect quality but basic cleaning shouldn’t be an issue and it was in significant ways. They weren’t shocked when we complained and asked for a refund. It should be shut down with how disgusting our room was I could imagine the others. The place was empty and now we know why. Don’t book here, don’t trust the reviews or the pictures we have pictures of some of the condition of the room.

Great location, nice staff. The room was comfortable but dirty. There was hair all over the bathroom floor and the carpet didn’t look Iike it had been vacuumed very well. There were papers left on the floor next to the night stand from a previous guest which is why we knew the carpet hadn’t been vacuumed properly. Don’t think we’d stay here again because of cleanliness.

I booked through Expedia. When I got to the hotel went through the normal check in. Got into my room it was dirty open electrical boxes, room had a smell to it. Staff was far from inviting. This place charged my card additional $165 for blood on a comforter. I have no cuts on my body and know for a fact it wasn’t from me. The front desk was argumentative about it. Quiet until the fire alarm sounded off at 7:30am. Apparently someone was heating up something in the microwave for too long and the smoke alarm got tripped with all the smoke.
