"We had a very nice stay at Corrine and Mark's cabin in West Chezy. Great location, close to mountains and biking options and not far from Lake Placid. Our dogs were welcome and appreciated by our hosts. Kitchen was well stocked and clean. Overall a great stay!"

"Place was spacious, comfortable, and clean (to the point there was an overwhelming Lysol smell on entry). My only criticism is that the pictures made it look like a fairly isolated cabin, whereas it is part of a larger complex with the nearest other cabin about 20 feet away. There are also train tracks that run just behind the property and a couple times each night/early morning the cabin would shake as the very loud train chugged by. Not the fault of the owner, but would have liked to know...

When we pulled up it’s a barn attached to a house and you have to walk up two flights of stairs to get to the “apartment” it’s a barn so lots of black flies upstairs so we didn’t use the beds. "The house was just the right size for our family - 6 adults and 1 child (aged 8). The property is very remote but if you plan your meals well, it works out just fine. Most of our time was spent on the upper deck lounging, in the water, or relaxing in the living /dining area with dinner in the garden. The hosts were very responsive and generous with answers to questions. A perfect week-long getaway. If there is any complaint it is that the mattresses in the upstairs bedrooms were too soft."

We took the house for our daughters graduation and we wanted a place to host a cookout for her friends. Badmitten and kayaking. Worked out great.
