« Perfect get away with friends. Location is right by the walking path and view is to die for. Condo is clean and updated. Love that each room has its own bathroom and the beds are large and comfortable. The built in cabinets are also a plus. Will definitely be booking, again. The property management is great about communication and check in and check out information. »

« House was lovely. It was in a cul de sac with other similar houses. I felt safe and everything in the house was clean. The kitchen is well stocked with most of what we needed t o make breakfast each day. The hot tub was a nice addition. »

« We have stayed at a dozen of the 2-unit Villas at Seascape & it's hard to top this one. Not the place if you are looking for ocean views, but it is the closest unit to the stairs down to the beach.We hate rentals with a lot of knick-knacks and clutter & this one gets it right. Clean, comfortable & stylish and turnkey -- you'll feel right at home in minutes. Having it's own private entrance is a plus.Would definitely stay here again. No-hassle property management company. »

« Loved this beautiful, clean condo. The grounds were lovely and the views were great. We were staying for a wedding and this rental had everything we needed and ample space for all of us. The beds were very comfortable, which is important to me, and the pillows were fluffy. There was a stocked coffee station in the kitchen which is also very important. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend this property. »

« Seascape was absolutely amazing. Aptos was a great location to enjoy both Santa Cruz and Monterey. The highlight was looking out the condo and seeing humpbacks right outside!The condo was very clean and comfortable. The beach accessories and beach towels were very nice to have supplied. The grind were beautiful and views were fantastic. We highly recommend staying here. The hosts were very quick to respond to questions and were extremely helpful. »

« This house and location is absolutely stunning! We have rented many homes globally and this was our favorite. Perfect for a large group/couple of families to relax, all dine together, all hang by the pool, etc... We had such a blast each night in the theatre room singing karaoke (machine not included). « We rented the penthouse apartment/top deck and the 3rd floor villa for 9 adults. Fantastic views and huge kitchen to cook group means. Absolutely will rent this villa again if/when we are doing the Santa Cruz Ironman or anytime with a group. Indoor, secure parking appreciated also. 1 block from the beach and pier. The manager is readily available if/when questions come up. »

« Everything about our stay at AVAS was perfect. The place is beautifully decorated and perfectly designed to enhance a stay in Santa Cruz. Every amenity is thoughtfully provided and of above average quality. The walk to the beach is easy, and the view from the deck is outstanding. The only problem we encountered was having to depart after only a week’s stay. »
