Located in the charming village of Elk Rapids. Just 20 minutes north of Traverse City Michigan. This cottage is equipped with AC and WiFi. At the cottage guests can enjoy kayaking, fishing, bonfires and numerous yard games. Sep 16, 2025 Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy Latitude Adjustment was the perfect weekend getaway for us. Generously laid out, this cottage could fit a much larger family than ours. The kitchen/living area is huge and open. Dee is a great communicator, very friendly and helpful. The cottage is beautifully situated on the sunrise viewing side of Bass Lake and we were greeted each morning by the stunning reflection of the rising sun over the water.
