Thank you for not bringing pets into the home. \- Firewood for the outdoor fireplace and firepit may be added by reaching out to us more than a week in advance. You get two wrapped bundles and a firestarter for $25/night plus tax. \- Guests are not allowed to bring their own ATV's. For information about ATV rentals please visit: Off Road Adventures website. \- Guests are responsible for supplying all their own recreational equipment (basketballs, soccer balls, tennis equipment etc.) \- The summer concerts are open to all guests however there may be an admission fee for each person and a cash bar for food and drinks. \- 4WD required for winter months, and chains may also be necessary in times of snow or ice. \- All linens and towels provided. \- All Eagles Nest homes have an additional amenity fee to maintain the luxurious amenities. \- Eagles Nest is an up-and-coming community, with construction currently going on in several of its neighborhoods. Construction noises may be heard 7am-7pm Monday through Saturday. \- Please note that all Eagles Nest homes have internet, but some areas of travel may not have cell reception. \- Returning guests of Bucks and Bunnies may receive a 10% discount, not to be stacked with other discounts to the rent. CANCELLATION POLICY - Bookings canceled 30+ days before arrival will receive a refund of the deposit. Bookings canceled between 15-29 days before arrival will receive a refund of half of the deposit. Bookings canceled within 14 days of arrival are not entitled to a refund unless the reservation dates are rebooked to another guest. All bookings are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
