"The hotel was awesome. Clean and very quiet. We loved the shuttle service to the airport. Why park in Chicago for $40 a day when you can stay there and ride the train for $5 all day long."

"Happy hour was fantastic with some snacks and 2 drinks. Amazing hot breakfast with lots of options (made to order omelettes). Nice size rooms with extra space. Queen size mattresses would have been better than doubles. Hector (who stored our bags before we could check in) was very helpful who also ordered us taxis. Great location of the hotel."

"Everything was great besides it is an older building and older furniture they use. Our ac system did not work in our first room but we were able to get set up to a new room asap. The staff were friendly and helpful. It was easy to get to the subway and was a close walk to pretty much everything. "

"Very Nice Hotel, In the heart of Chicago. Friendly and professional staff and the vallet guys are top notch not to mention cool. You are legit in walking distance of some if not all of what Chicago has to offer in terms of touristy type tings. "

"Hotel was clean, high end, with friendly and helpful staff. The Valet in particular was a kind Italian gentleman who was helpful and informative. Only issue from my end was the “parking” I paid for turned out to be a lot several blocks from the hotel. I chose just to use the valet service but save yourself some headache and just do valet from the start. Overall 10/10 and will be returning! "
