Windmill Manor at Sunnyburn Farm

This farmhouse has been totally renovated. Built in the 1800's we have exposed the brick walls and the beams on the ceilings. Beautiful fully furnished kitchen and living room. Each bedroom has it's own bathroom.

Effective 2024, this suite will be added to the rental of the main house. The main house becomes a 5 bedroom and bath house. It has it's own private entrance off of the front porch. There is no entrance from the main house.


Guest access
Guests have access to a private fire pit. We supply all the supplies for the fire.

There is also a swing set for the children.

It was amazing!! So many details provided. The home is absolutely gorgeous! Cindi was easy to reach with questions and gave prompt replies. The animals were a wonderful addition and we enjoyed them very much. The location is ideal. We will definitely be back and for a longer stay!

This farm house was exactly as advertised, we had a great week "in the country". Our kids LOVED the animals, fresh eggs, and room to run. The layout of the home gave everyone (6 of us) their own space which made our stay especially enjoyable. We would absolutely visit here again!

Beautiful country farmhouse

We greatly enjoyed our stay at Windmill Manor at Sunnyburn Farm. We called the farmhouse home during the weekend of a family wedding nearby. The accommodations were perfect for our family. The kitchen had everything we needed. Our grandchildren enjoyed the animals and s'more's at the fire pit. Highly recommend this home for a wonderful visit to Lancaster County.

An unforgettable stay—perfect for a wedding weekend!If you're considering a wedding venue in Manheim, look no further. This place was absolutely incredible. Each bedroom had its own private bathroom, which made getting ready so smooth and stress-free for everyone. The house itself is beautifully decorated, creating a cozy yet elegant atmosphere. Just perfect!

We shared the lovely property with family and friends while in the area for our son’s wedding. The house was so nicely decorated and equipped. We didn’t cook much there but when we did easy since it had everything we needed. Our granddaughter loved the chickens and the cats! Fresh eggs were an added plus. Would highly recommend this property and location. We loved being in the countryside.

We picked this location as it was a halfway point between two cities. We had ten people aged 6 to 55. The house was clean and the beds comfortable. The kids enjoyed collecting eggs from the chickens. We are hoping to book the house again next year. The house is lovely.

Beautiful property

The house is set up perfectly and you couldn't ask for a more peaceful serene setting. We were lucky enough to have the place to ourselves during our stay. Particularly enjoyed having coffee with the barn cats on the front porch.

perfect for a travel sports event at Spooky Nook

Our Chicago group sooo enjoyed staying in this darling property instead of a generic hotel. Our teens' training facility (Spooky Nook in Manheim, PA) was a quick 15 minute drive away. The farm animals thrilled everyone, the fresh eggs were a perk and we would all highly recommend.

Family farm fun

Gorgeously decorated and renovated property. Love the farm animals, the friendly cat the fresh eggs and fire pit. Had a great game of frisbee three flies up in the backyard with everyone. Lots of space to run around.
