"We had the most peaceful and lovely time. This property forces relaxation. The sound of the bouquet River flowing is incredibly tranquil. This is a special little place. We will be back for sure. A huge thank you to Sarah for being a gracious host. (We lost power one day and she was in contact with us with in minutes. By the time I received the message and phone call the power was already restored.) ADK Cozy cottage is a must!"

"The location was excellent, and the communication was excellent, but it lacked in kitchenware (no toaster, microwave, only one pot etc.). We let the owner know and hopefully this will be taken care of. It was also not very clean. Again, we let the owner know and they are addressing it. "
