Communication with the host was stellar. Check in was easy and accurate. This is an entire place rental but we were unable to tell from the description or pictures that it was 1/2 of a duplex. No issues with the neighbors and it appears to be a family friendly neighborhood, but we were surprised when we arrived and discovered this. Home is clean and very easy to make yourself comfortable in. Kitchen reasonably well supplied in terms of cooking implements, though I always recommend bringing your own if you plan to cook.
