"Hotel was decent. Rooms were dark and have limited lighting. Toiletries were of low quality. The elevator is located at the far end of the hallway. There is a food truck available next to the parking area with good snacks options. Costly for the value. Note: Don’t rely on airport shuttle service. I opted for 3:35am shuttle and it didn’t arrive. I had to board 4:15am one. Luckily I had time for my flight. Also, they dropped far away from the gate."

"Very nice, very clean place to stay in. I was right off the elevator but you couldn’t hear anything. Very cozy and an excellent place to relax. 10/10"

"We didn’t expect much from this hotel considering it was booked last minute due to a delayed flight but we sure didn’t expect to find used underwear with a pad stuck to them between our pillows upon checking in. The cleaning staff for our room must have pretended to have changed the sheets. Very concerning and unhygienic to say the least. The receptionist didn’t seem surprised and her reaction was grinning and giggling. The breakfast was granolla bars and we were never informed that this wonderful breakfast was only served until 9am. The only positive is the free shuttle to the airport. "

"Dreary, dim room. Very basic amenities. 2 paper cups, toiletries in little bottles. Felt like a motel. cheerless and dated furniture and decor. Entire hotel needs refurbishing. With what the room cost expected more/ better. Not a good value. Certainly not comparable to other Hyatt Regency hotels I’ve stayed at. Photos on Expedia must be old, from another era. "
