Welcome to our charming one-level home nestled on a serene street in Elgin. With a park-like backyard, this cozy retreat offers tranquility and relaxation. Conveniently located near restaurants and parks, you'll have easy access to all that Elgin has to offer. And if you're looking to venture out, a quick drive will take you to the vibrant and buzzing city of Austin. Experience the best of both worlds - a peaceful getaway with the excitement of the city just a stone's throw away.  
The space  
Featuring three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The primary bedroom boasts a luxurious king-size bed with a Casper memory foam mattress, while the secondary bedroom offers a comfortable queen-size bed. The third bedroom is equipped with a set of bunk beds, perfect for accommodating children or extra guests. In addition, the living room includes a convenient pull-out couch for even more sleeping options.

#### A great little place to stay

We hosted a board retreat here and it was a great spot to gather as a group. It was clean, has a lovely backyard and is in a nice, quiet neighborhood. The photos and description make it kind of hard to picture what the layout is, but that would be my only tiny issue. Thanks again for having us!

#### Hey simple getaway

This was a great rental. I enjoyed how quiet the neighborhood was. You really felt safe in the neighborhood as well. There’s a nice recliner. Sit on on the back porch if the weather is nice. The nice open floor plan allowed for lounging and socializing with in the living room and kitchen. The beds were really comfortable as well.
