« I am originally from The Bahamas and spent every Easter as a child in Rock Sound with my grandparents. My wife and I decided to spend Easter this year with my family. The property is full of history, having been part of the Rock Sound Club started by Arthur Vining Davis. Karen has done an absolutely remarkable job renovating this part of the property - everything from the flooring to the landscaping, interior design...it was all so clean and looked new. AC in the rooms, fridge, good water...

« My stay at the Pilot House was nothing but amazing. Karen, the owner, was very responsive to messages, making sure I found the place easily and providing great recommendations around the Island. The rooms are newly renovated with a luxury hotel feeling. Staying at the pilot house was above expectations. Looking forward to staying there again. »

« What an amazing property, the staff was the best, I can’t recommend this property enough. A 5 minute golf cart ride to the beach to then be taken care of by the beach attendant for the hotel was a pleasant surprise. Lounge chairs, umbrellas, refreshments, towels, music,…. Definitely a 5 star across the board… »

« Romora Bay Resort & Marina is a little tired. Our original room was #6 we had to move because the rooms had carpenter ants and was very dirty. It looks like the rooms have not been cleaned in weeks. (Dusty, old dead insects and a smelled very musty and wet) The bed was comfortable and after we moved into room #8 we were happier with the extra space.
