« This was one of the best VRBO houses our family has stayed in. It was super clean, comfortable, and had many amenities. My family voted to rent it again next year. »

« 4 nights was perfect getaway! Property is very peaceful (especially in late October) with no one else around. Road in is long and dusty so be prepared to dust off or keep belongings in the vehicle. Recommend a SUV or truck s the last little stretch of road is rough. Overall we highly recommend! »

« The listing was very accurate based on pictures and had a very true lake house feel. Only complaint is about the next-door neighbor's dog. The red brick house had a dog that came over to our rental property and barked aggressively and blocked my grandkids and daughter in law from walking up the path to the house from boat ramp. The owner eventually came out and got the dog. We only had the one-time problem. »

« We have vacationed at Smith Lake several times, primarily on either the central or Eastern fork. This was the first time we had stayed West of Dunkin Bridge. We found it as nice as the other places, and a bit less trafficed. The house was wonderful. We had three families stay and had plenty of room. The accommodations were very good, the house very clean and the amenities what we expect. We would definitely come back. »
