CHARMING BAY FRONT HOUSE WITH 2 PRIVATE BOAT SLIPS! MUST SEE! This property will be a family or friend group FAVORITE! Be one of our first guests and leave us a wonderful review after you experience all the property has to offer at a very affordable price. We want to ensure your group falls in love with this amazing property. It is sure to please! Located on Wolf Bay in Elberta, Alabama, this house is ready for your family or friends to enjoy. There are flat-screen TVs in all the rooms. The spacious living room has a fireplace to sit near and relax during the cooler months. The dining table seats eight and there are six bar seats at the breakfast bar. There is outdoor seating on the outside porch. Wolf Bay House sleeps 12: primary bedroom has a king bed, guest room has 2 double beds with a great bunk room that has 2 triple bunks (a double bed on bottom and a single bed on top). Both bathrooms are a tub/shower combination. There is a picnic table under the house. For cooking outside there is a large charcoal grill (renter is responsible for supplying charcoal). Sit in the custom-made chairs around the fire pit and enjoy the view. Become a child again and enjoy a s´mores treat! Boats and trailers are welcome. The private boat dock has two slips for boats with extra space for two Jet Skis. Kayak's are welcome. Navigate the back waters and coves. You have a beautifully landscaped and private walk way to the boat dock (pier). All boaters’ dreams come true with this property. Red snapper season is May-June and a 35-minute boat ride from property to the Gulf of Mexico. The Navy’s Blue Angel’s air show is only an hour’s ride away. This property has access to a shared-private membership boat launch and pier. \*\* There is a $150.00 non-refundable pet fee for each pet\*\* Bedding: Master Bedroom- King Bedroom 2- 2 Double Bedroom 3- 2 Twin Over Double Bunk Beds PETS\* Please make arrangements to crate, feed and potty your pet as needed and please make sure your pets are up to date on all vaccinations.
