Other than that it fails on several items. The rooms are expensive, having to pay premium rate ($89.10 with an Expedia discount) for an 8 square meter room, poor funishing, and with a bed that barely fits. The food is supposed to be peruvian style. I've been to Peru many times, and it's definately not it, with prices that are more than 3 times what is expected (2 small entries, 1 main course, 1 soup, and 3 drinks for $78.60!!!). The complementary breakfast was not that great either. Muy descuidada, necesita fumigación por exceso de insectos. Baño con olor particular y en fin, desde las almohadas hasta las toallas reflejaban la mala condición. El “encargado” prácticamente nos echó del restaurante cuando vio que teníamos un perrito con nosotros. Pedí el desayuno para llevar, por esta razón y el desayuno fue una total decepción. We loved our stay here! There was hardly anyone there when we stayed and I can only think it was because there weren't many reviews and it is farther from the center of town. Still within walking distance though! In my opinion, if you have a car you would much rather stay here than in town. It is peaceful and easy to relax here.
